3. No Signup Required
The Service does not require account creation. You use the Service by submitting your email address and backlink URLs directly through the submission form.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Submit URLs that you do not own or do not have the right to promote
- Submit URLs linking to illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

While we aim for high performance and report a historical success rate of approximately 90% with indexing typically occurring within 24 hours, we do not guarantee:
- That any specific submitted URL will be indexed
- Any particular timeframe for indexing
- Any improvement in search engine rankings as a result of indexing
Search engine indexing and ranking are ultimately controlled by third parties (such as Google) and are affected by many factors outside our control.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying tool/software, is the property of Free Backlinks Indexer unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
